Placement engineering
Continuous seed testing across Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo tells us where mail actually lands rather than whether it was accepted. Sender strings, content shape and send pacing are tuned against real placement data, not folklore.
Scoped agent access
Agents authenticate with a credential bound to specific mailboxes. Scope is enforced at the query layer, so an agent reads only what it owns and sends only as addresses granted to it, whether the caller is a person or a process.
Multi-domain estate
Run one domain or a hundred. Authentication records, routing, suppression lists and reputation are handled per domain and rolled into one view, so adding a sender is a configuration change rather than a project.
Autonomous triage
Inbound is classified as it arrives. Agents draft, file and answer inside the rules you set, escalating to you at the point where a human decision is actually required.
